With this being my first blog post with hardly any viewers, I will take a little time to introduce myself and what my site will initially be about. First lets start with the pronunciation of my name! Deonne pronounced dee-on-knee! Last name King! A little about me? I am a 25, well almost 26 year old woman living in Oklahoma. NO! There are not any cowboys and Indians nor do we drive horses and buggies around. I am a hopeless romantic, artist and writer who loves to indulge and try any type of exotic food. Yoga keeps me sane and at peace! I believe in listening to all genres of music if you want to have a spicy life. Dress to express not to impress! Fireworks are magic and with that being said my motto is “Have courage, be kind, and believe in a little bit of magic!”
Now, what’s my blog about? Well ever thought that you would have it all figured out by the age of 25? I know I did! At the age of 18 I had everything figured out down from the career I wanted, my future husband,and kids. I’m here to tell you, none of it went as planned and that’s OK! My blog is going to be about the good times and struggles 20 something year olds may encounter and that it’s totally ok to not have it quite figured out. I am not an expert! However, I hope my blog will help ease the minds and be some kind of inspiration to the 20 something year olds of the world! Why? Because it’s ok to not have it all figured out. One thing I’m slowly learning myself is the people you think have it together, feel just as lost as you in certain aspects of their lives! Live life and enjoy the moment stress free. We only have one life to live!
